Personal data processing policy

1. Controller and contact

Disponemos services LLC is the controller of personal data processed in connection with the ECOWATER website and commercial contact channels. For privacy matters, contact info@ecowaterfilters.io · +1 239 326 7887. Its address is 2600 25th St W, Lehigh Acres, FL 33971, United States. The scope of applicable law must be confirmed before this policy is published as final. No particular territorial law is assumed to apply to every visitor.

2. Information you may provide

The form asks for your name and email address to handle and answer your request by email. Phone, general location and message are optional. The direct WhatsApp button does not require the form. The selector collects your space, water source and priority. When you contact us, the channel may include your user identifier, contact information, conversation content and files you share. This form does not request identity documents, payment details, health information or other sensitive categories.

3. How the form currently works

Clicking “Send email request” submits your details and selector answers to the server, where they are stored in a private database outside the website’s public directory. The date and marketing choice are recorded; form fields are not retained in persistent browser storage. The system prepares an email notification to the team through the hosting mail service, addressed to a Gmail account designated by ECOWATER. A notification failure does not delete the request. If you continue on WhatsApp, the message details also go through that platform.

4. Technical information and external providers

When pages or resources are requested, the server or hosting provider may receive your IP address, date and time, requested resource and technical browser information to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are hosted on this website, with no requests to Google Fonts while browsing. To prevent abuse, the form uses a cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address without storing the original IP in its submission rate-limit records. WhatsApp and your email provider are involved when you choose those channels. Availability and retention of technical logs depend on the actual hosting configuration. Cookies and local storage are explained separately.

5. Purposes and grounds

We use information we receive to answer inquiries, explore a solution, prepare a requested quote, coordinate a contracted service, provide support and address legal duties or claims. Where required by law, each purpose must have a valid ground, such as consent, pre-contractual steps you request, contract performance or a legal obligation. Legitimate interests, if used and permitted, require an assessment of your rights and expectations. We do not rely on a blanket permission for every purpose.

6. Marketing and advertising

Permission to respond to an inquiry is separate from marketing permission. The optional form checkbox lets you request promotional information by email; it starts unchecked and declining it does not affect your consultation. Your selection and its date are included in the message you choose to send as a record of your preference. Promotional communications must identify the sender and provide an easy way to unsubscribe. You may withdraw permission by emailing the contact above. This permission does not authorize automated calls, promotional SMS or uploading your details to advertising audiences. Any such program requires specific information and permission where applicable.

7. Analytics, cookies and automated decisions

Optional analytics or advertising technologies require the corresponding choice in this site’s cookie settings. No external analytics or advertising tools are currently installed. The selector applies simple rules to your answers to suggest an initial route; it does not make decisions with legal effects or automatically determine your eligibility, price or access to a service.

8. Recipients and transfers

Information may be accessible to authorized staff and providers needed for communications, hosting, support or services you request, subject to applicable data protection duties. It may also be disclosed where required by law or a competent authority. External platforms may process information in other countries; legally required safeguards must be used where applicable. In the current version, personal information is not sold or shared with advertising networks for cross-site advertising. If that activity is introduced, prior notice and applicable rights and choices must be provided.

9. Retention and security

Received information is retained for as long as necessary for its purpose, a relationship you request, or legal obligations and retention periods. Once those grounds end, it must be deleted or anonymized; a minimal suppression record may be kept to honor a marketing opt-out. We will apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk, restricted access and provider review. No system eliminates all risk. Form records and their review copy are retained for 180 days and deleted during the next registration operation after that period. Submission rate-limit records are deleted after 48 hours during those operations. Conversations, contracts or records maintained in other channels have separate retention according to purpose and applicable law.

10. Your rights and how to request them

Depending on applicable law, you may request access or information about your data, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. Where applicable, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of information and targeted advertising. Email info@ecowaterfilters.io, identify the right you wish to exercise and provide the context needed to locate your data. Only proportionate additional information will be requested to verify identity. We will respond within the applicable legal deadline and explain any limitation or refusal. You may contact the competent authority and will not receive unfavorable treatment for exercising your rights.

11. Children and changes

The commercial website is intended for adults and does not seek to collect children’s information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without authorization so we can review it. Material changes will be published with a new date and new permission will be requested when necessary for a different purpose. The Spanish and English versions aim to describe the same practices.
