ECOWATER · LEGAL INFORMATION

Terms and conditions

1. Scope and identification

These terms govern the use of the ECOWATER website and its guidance tools, operated by Disponemos services LLC, located at 2600 25th St W, Lehigh Acres, FL 33971, United States. Contact us at info@ecowaterfilters.io · +1 239 326 7887. The entity making an offer or providing a service must identify its legal name, address and business details in the relevant proposal or contract.

2. Website use

You may view the content, explore solutions and prepare a consultation request. Use the website lawfully, provide accurate information you are authorized to share, and avoid unauthorized access, attempts to compromise security, abusive content extraction or actions that harm other users. Commercial services are intended for adults or authorized business representatives.

3. Information and solution selector

Content, images and selector results provide general guidance. They are not a water analysis, a drinking-water certification, medical advice or a performance guarantee. Equipment, stages and installation conditions are determined after reviewing the water source and characteristics, pressure, flow rate, space and model documentation. An image alone does not establish that an installation has been completed or that a specific performance level has been verified.

4. Requests and communications

Preparing a request does not constitute a purchase, reservation, acceptance of a quote or contract. Clicking “Send email request” submits the form to ECOWATER’s server and confirms registration with a reference. You may optionally continue the conversation on WhatsApp. Direct use of WhatsApp or email transmits information when you complete the sending step in that channel. Do not include sensitive information, banking details or third-party data without authorization. A response to your inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising.

5. Quotes, purchases and installation

Before you contract, the offer must identify the provider, equipment and service scope, price, taxes, payment method, availability, delivery, installation, maintenance and applicable warranty terms. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the accepted offer and applicable law. This website does not establish universal prices or warranties. No condition may exclude non-waivable consumer rights.

6. Intellectual property

The brand, text, design and website resources are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may view them for personal use and to evaluate a solution. Commercial reproduction, modification or distribution requires permission, except where allowed by law. The presence of third-party materials does not transfer their rights to ECOWATER or the user.

7. Third-party services

Links to email, WhatsApp and other external services may lead to platforms with their own terms and policies. ECOWATER does not control their availability or independent practices. Review their terms before sharing data through those channels. Third-party services do not change ECOWATER’s legal obligations for data under its responsibility.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to provide clear information and keep the website available; errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us if you notice inaccurate information. Liability is determined by applicable law and the circumstances of each case. These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited and do not replace the written terms of a purchase or service.

9. Privacy and advertising

Data processing and browser technologies are described in the Personal data policy and Cookie policy. Accepting advertising cookies or receiving promotional communications is optional and is not required to browse the website or request advice.

10. Changes, applicable law and inquiries

Changes will be published with a new update date and apply prospectively. They will not retroactively alter accepted contracts or data permissions. Applicable mandatory rules and local rights remain protected; the law and specific terms governing a transaction must be stated in its documentation. Use the contact details above for inquiries or complaints. If a dispute remains unresolved, you may seek assistance from the authorities or courts competent under applicable law.
